Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is $3.99 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. We will ship the back ordered item when it becomes available. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for a refund, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If you received an item other than the one you ordered, we will exchange the item and you will not be charged a restocking fee or shipping charges. If you ordered the wrong item, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Cancellations Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to administrator@jicministries.org, or call on our business phone at 224-656-5067.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.
